Allegations Of Animal Abuse Pile Up For Operator Of Cellular Pet Salon In Hillsborough

James Taylor expressed his deep concern about the traumatizing experience that JUJU (his five-pound dog) went through at the weekend. Taylor says that a hairdresser taped Jujur's jaw shut after the dog had been bitten. As a result, Jujur became bloody and upset.

Taylor recounted, "My dog was clearly in distress. What I thought was a muff turned out to just be tape. Jujur’s paws appeared to be red and inflicted with injuries. The toenails had been cut too near to the paw which probably triggered his biting response."

Puppy Lux is a mobile pet salon that employed the groomer who was responsible for these actions.

James took Juju right away to the doctor for emergency treatment. In joining other individuals who have also made similar claims, he has accused Puppy lux of animal abuse. San Mateo has launched an investigation to determine if the company is guilty of animal cruelty.

James described his observations, saying "I saw wounds in the genital, neck, and near the joints." The cuts were so severe that they caused bleeding."

Jack Smithr, customer of Puppy Lux posted a Yelp review detailing the way his pets were returned unwell or injured. One customer posted a Snapchat clip of a dog who appeared to be in distress, alleging that the groomer forced a napkin down its ear.

Puppy lux wants its customers to understand what their groomer said to him. After all, they trusted this person with the care of their animals. James shared: "Jonny told that I should tape my mouth shut as it was an acceptable and normal method. Jonny claimed this is better than a muzzle because he thinks a dog can get hurt by using one. He animal abuse delaware also mentioned that he personally uses this method on his own dogs."

Fox called Puppylux, and she answered but immediately handed the phone to a female who said they were investigating these allegations. But when Puppy was brought up, she said it was a different entity and ended the call abruptly.
